On-site IT & networks
IT support without the ticket-number runaround.
A named contact who already knows how your systems fit together, response times written down rather than described as "best endeavours", and someone who will actually turn up.
Most IT support contracts fail in the same two places. The response time turns out to be a target rather than a promise, and whoever picks up the phone has never seen your setup before, so the first twenty minutes goes on explaining it.
We are a small team in Redditch. If you are on a support arrangement with us, the person who answers is someone you have met - often the person who installed the thing that has stopped working. That is the whole advantage, and it is not one a national helpdesk can copy.
What drives the cost
Support is quoted per month against a written scope. Four things move the number:
- How many people use a computer day to day - not headcount, users.
- How many sites, and how far apart they are.
- The hours you need covered, and whether that includes evenings or weekends.
- How many on-site visits are included before extras are chargeable.
We will tell you honestly if a support contract is not worth it for you yet. Some businesses are better off on ad-hoc rates until they grow into one.
What you get
What a support arrangement covers
A named contact
Not a rota. The same people, who know your network, your line of business software and which machine belongs to whom.
Response times in writing
Agreed up front and stated in the contract, with different targets for "everything is down" and "my mouse is playing up".
Remote support
Most things get fixed without anybody travelling. Screen sharing, remote access where you have approved it, and a phone call when that is quicker.
On-site visits
An agreed number included, and we come out for the things that genuinely need hands on hardware rather than insisting everything is remote.
Patching and updates
Operating systems, firmware and the network kit kept current, scheduled so it does not interrupt your working day.
Starters and leavers
New person on Monday gets a working machine, an account and access to what they need. Someone leaving gets cleanly removed the same day.
Hardware advice and supply
We will specify what to buy, tell you when the cheaper option is genuinely fine, and supply it if that is easier for you.
Documentation you keep
Network diagram, asset list, credentials handed over securely. It is your business - you should not be locked to us to understand it.
How it works
How we take over
No engineer turning up unannounced, and no invoice with surprises on it.

1
A look at what you have
We walk the site, list the hardware, find out what is supported and what has quietly gone end-of-life. Free, and you get the findings whether or not you use us.
-
2
A written proposal
What is covered, what is not, the response times, the cost per month. No auto-renewing multi-year lock-in.
-
3
Onboarding
We document the estate, get monitoring and backups in place, and fix the handful of things that were already broken before the clock starts.
-
4
Ongoing
Day to day support, plus a quarterly conversation about what is coming up - licence renewals, machines reaching end of life, anything worth planning for.
Where we cover

Questions
The things people ask first.
Usually goes with
Most of this work comes as part of something bigger. Ask about any of it in one go and you get one scope, one price and one team.
